Ok, all the powers of my vast female persuasion can not dictate if this is shit or not...I need real industry perspective to tell me the truth...will I just "get a feeling", or a "good vibe"...how many times can I make an advertising/marketing company keep going over it... I appreciate your input !!

It depends on the client. Obviously people will take more of a beating from a Fortune 100 account if it will be profitable in the long term. In your case, as an individual it's up to you to keep both the financial and personal relationship to the point where it doesn't get cantankerous. I've had great clients over the years who changed and changed and changed things and some experiences were still positive.

You'll know what you've got is good when it meets the criteria you have for the project. Since you're using the term branding, I'm guessing someone's naming your company or service. What did you ask from the agency? Were you specific in what would make it a success?

How many times can you make an advertising/marketing company continuously go over the same project over and over? That's not the greatest question to ask. I'm sure it depends on the person, but that's like asking how many times you can poke a person with a stick and it still be ok.
