I mention Adholes while recounting my post Adhole party misadventures with the MTA and 311 in a comment on the candidate every ad person should support for Public Advocate, Andrew Rasiej's (see my blog on the candidate) blog on the Huffington Post site.

A couple of weeks I related in person to mayor Bloomberg my misadventures after the Adhole party because 311 operators lack Internet access. He initially denied this. 311 operators didn't have Internet access. When he had to accept the truth, he quipped, "We don't want them shopping at work". Bloomberg allegedly created 311 to help his constituents, but he seems more concerned that they don't goof off at work rather than have a tool that can help them serve the public better.

He has cool posters! I might vote for him on graphic design sensibility alone.
