CHEAP SPOTS

Anyone willing to share which specific radio groups out there are consistently on the "low" end of spot pricing? Do you find that anyone specific seems to always have "cheap" rates? I'm talking about the larger radio groups, not the smaller ma&pa's running 1,000 watt matchsticks.

Oh, I need to learn to read. I thought this said "cheap shots." I was expecting a tell-all against the media people. OH well :)
