After an unexpected interview at Ogilvy, I've been doing some research on BIG, the only branch that seems like its doing (or at least saying that they are) something other than straight advertising.

Wondering if any of you adholes have had any experience there or know of anyone who has.

I've been getting pretty conflicting reports, and would like to know more.

BIG is the branding (ie graphic design) contingent of Ogilvy. And if you are in NY, skip the job; various sources have informed me that a certain creative director there is terrible to work for -- takes all the credit for what his brilliant designers are doing.
