Not sure if I'd call it my "favorite", but probably the most "memorable" from my childhood, would be the "Chuckwagon" dog food commercial. It still makes me laugh :)

the rainier stuff is funny. they still have their site up for it: http://www.rememberrainier.com/ check out rainier-vision and the bluegrass speed-metal soundtrack... anyway, fav spots for me are Apple's 1984 spot, shown only once at SB halftime...The Outpost.com ads a few years back where they turned the wolves lose on the marching band...last year's AOL spot with OCC and Mikey flying through the air and the neckbrace at the end.

Not sure what I like from this year yet, but for best of all time, you have to consider the Mean Joe Green Coke Spot, very creative for it's time, broke through into popular culture and is probably the most spoofed ad of all time. There are stories that people actually cried after watching the spot. It definately is a very well produced spot.

That Flava-Flav/Miller Light ad cracked me up. Best of all time, that's a tough one. I am from Washington State and the old Rainier Beer ads stick in my mind. Actually one of the Budweiser Frog ads was very derivitative of the much subtler Rainier Beer spots. The Rainier ad just showed the outdoors and you hear a frog go "Rainier... Rainier... and then a crow finished with "beer...." and another was a motorcycle driving up the old mountain highway (towards Mt. Rainier) and every gear of the motorcycle you hear "Reeiggh... NEeer... Beeerrr" as it shifted. Then they had the beer hunters were guys would go in the woods with giant bottle openers chasing the wild Raineir beer (dudes in beer bottle costumes). Those were silly, fun and way ahead of their time. Those ads would be winning awards today.

It may have been 2004, or maybe 2005, but the Google Labs campaign is something I constantly think about.

I'm pretty in love with the Kohler TV spots.
