SNL should do a skit about this guy. "The Bully Cop" starring officer RIV-EE-AIR-EE from Baltimore. He harrasses the innocent while the real crime takes place under his very nose. He just doesn't see it or even hear it because he's too busy screaming at innocent citizens.

Great timing, John Q, you caught me just before I logged off. My favorite invention is air. But now I must leave. There are back-to-back-to-back episodes of the Beverly Hillbillies and two of them I have not seen for months. I will pop back after I learn whether Jethro is successful mailing himself to Paris so he can meet some girls. (I have a suspicion Uncle Jed will not go for it, but that Granny will. Guess it depends on who wears the stamps in the clan.)

After watching the video again, I think the cop was trying to pickup the skater's mother.

I was under the impression that The Wire was a drama not a comedy.

Is this an episode from The Wire on HBO?
