Julian Beever is an English artist who is famous for his artwork on the pavements in England, France, Germany, U.S.A., Australia and Belgium.

Beever gives his drawings an amazing 3D illusion which could be an advertisers dream if someone was smart enough to utilize his talents for the right type of advertisement.

Buddy, that's why you're such a great AE! You represent the work and the artist behind it, regardless; even if you have to blow up and flood the big apple to do so. Bless your heart.

Just as kitschy as the Naked Cowboy in Times Square. Oh, and tell Julian that he drew that tornado a little too far south for us to even notice....

....art meets performance art makes art complete. It works the same in any other image Julian is in. Get it, yet? XOXOXO

Image and video hosting by TinyPic Artist in the photo, becomes part of the art (notice the cap of the bottle).

Oh my, I have the whole family jumping in my shit now. Tella what, I had Julian draw a tornado landing in Brooklyn instead. Satisfied? LOL

I have been chained on emails of this guy's work for a really long time. Just the other day, 3 separate people sent me a bulletin about it. Sure, he's talented, but what else does he have going for him other than being amazing at perspective art? Most true artists would never pose for the camera to show how amazing they are. Come on, that shot with him at the "fountain" with a glass - now that's really cringe worthy.

Lefton, he's out in front of your crib right now making that statement. He is going to draw a pile of all your stuff stacked up on the curb like it would look if you got evicted for being insensitive and cruel and calling great artists campy. So there! haha

Being in the images is campy and makes him look dopey. This guy is skilled, but again I don't really consider him much more than a mediocre artist because what is he really drawing? He's the 3D perspective chalk version of a kid who can make exact copies of Superman comics or his favorite metal band logos in his high school notebook. If he starts drawing something that actually makes a statement let me know.

Julian is a completely unique artist who's art is subject to temporal limits, weather conditions, the pavement, his medium, and shoe leather. What tragic and difficult circumstances. Only in the correct perspective in which these photographs were taken does his art actually exist. And we think we have creative pressures and problems in our business. His talent staggers my imagination and his presence in the photographs complements and completes the overall image of the image.

he knew that the president of 2008 was taking the pics so it was an honor for him to bein the president's shoot

It's an impressive skill but I think it's a little campy for him to insist on posing in every shot. He's less Picasso, more Peter Max.
