AUSTIN, TX July 11, 2006 -- Two years ago when William Leake and Brian Combs moved the headquarters of Leads Customers Growth (LCG) into its current location in the Lake Creek Office Park, it seemed as though things could not get any better. With a workforce of three, an expanding and diversifying client-base, an evolved set of business parameters, and a restroom, Leake and Combs thought they had reached the zenith of search engine marketing. However after the additions of their 24th full-time employee, their 100th client, and a room that has turned into a veritable intern sweatshop, LCG has decided to move. As of mid-July 2006 they will move into a 7,000 square ft. paradise at: Echelon IV, 9430 Research Blvd, Suite 200, Austin TX, 78741.

LCG clients will not only be receiving invoices from another address, they will also be receiving them from another name. Apogee Search (www.apogee-search.com) will now be the name used with search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), affiliate management, and pay-per-call services delivered by LCG. Apogee President/CEO William Leake says, “The name change and relocation will simultaneously help both businesses. While LCG ‘pursues other opportunities,’ Apogee can accurately focus on the core mission of search engine marketing. Basically, it’s as if LCG’s iconoclastic only child got an English Degree, realized his parents were a part of ‘the establishment,’ joined the Peace Corps, and moved to Honduras; Honduras being Research Boulevard.”

Apogee will be in the process of moving July 14th through the 17th, but since the Internet does not take breaks, neither will they. Apogee Search will remain up and running during the workdays of the move. Although this is one of the biggest growth spurts for Apogee Search, Leake is still adamant on doubling the workforce to 50 by mid 2007 saying, “We’re already the best and biggest firm in the Southwest, and we’re just getting started.”

Adholes is about idea sharing, not blatent self-promotion. You can put stuff like this in your profile, email the friends you've made here. Heck, have a party and post it as an event. But you pay money out of your own pocket every month to keep this site running and have people clog up the site with unpaid self promotion and see how you feel about it.

I thought us adholes were suppose to celebrate the success of colleagues. We're a small indie agency, and I wanted to share the joy of moving and growing, man. Sorry for the enormous inconvenience.
