Thanks Mike,

Very helpful info on communication. I have always thought of myself as a good communicator, just never through this venue. However, I am determined to improve. Some of what you wrote will help me with a recent endeavor that I am working on.

Anyone else, have some insight. Looking for whatever you can get me.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good photo of myself, most are grainy or blurry, however, I'll see if I can come up with something.
