Looking for a senior administrative assistant...

Looking for a senior admin assistant that would report to the president of an ad agency in nyc. Must have prior experience in helping out with RFPs, using databases in a mac environement. Three main parts to the position, acting as the president's personal assistant, Help with new business and pitches and clerical admin. Prior experience doing some traffic or status reports would be helpful. Contact me with your background and experience.
