Looking for a PARTNER - branding and positioning study

I am looking for an independent marketing/advertising contracter to help my agency conduct a branding and position study that will:

- Conduct a thorough assesment of a brand - Developing a commitment for a brand - Creating an integrated implementation plan for the brand - Producing a strategy that exposes and indoctrinates stakeholders and consumers with a new brand.

The turn-around on the plan is two weeks -

Brand dev is a soft-science: everyone believes they are the expert! even non-adtypes! its a mess. rather, consult with PROVEN Brand builder$ - I have to defer you to http://arnellgroup.com/ -- Peter Arnell has actually authoured Brands and share$ in the PROFIT$ from his product. So has Andy Berlin, Joe Duffy and Alex Bogusky. I have too! I co-own a Brand with two clients! Yay! :) But you're gonna get TONS of people telling you they r the "one" -- and we all know it's NEO who is the only true "one" as far as I'm concerned ....

Sounds like a nightmare. Why not just think of branding ideas instead of thinking about thinking about brand ideas. This project is what is wrong with advertising and marketing. Good luck.
