My brother and I are film makers who just finished our first commercial and would like to work with an ad agency. How do you get in?

hi Brian, nice spot. I think you did a great job on the casting. Commercial directors usually are repped by a company that specializes in various styles, such as comedy. Then a rep, who already has relationships with creative directors and producers will shop your reel or submit it for specific storyboards. It's tough to break in with one spot though, but it's not unheard of for rep house with some $$ to pay to do some spec with a director they believe in. Stu Sternbach on here is a rep who could give you some advice on who you could send your stuff to.

You make your own ad agency... you go to smaller agencies, really small ones, and do a lot of pitching. Maybe someone will pick you up. As a team though - I'm not so sure...
