That brings us to smoking. Smoking costs agencies and clients big bucks. Smokers must leave the agency edifice to smoke. How much time do smokers spend going outside for a smoke? A lot, when compared to the non-smoker. If for no other reason than timesaving, which increases productivity, which increases revenue, which ultimately increases profits, the smoker should be allowed to smoke at his or her cubicle. Smoking can help both the agency, and the client, get more bang for their buck. |
