Anyone Attend Power of Blogs event?

If you attended, would love to hear what you thought of the Sept. 13 seminar, "The Power of Blogs." I feel inundated with "blog news." I know it is something to learn more about, get up to speed, use it when appropriate, but it also feels like a lot of hype!

Anything useful happen here? Especially for a person in PR? Thanks.

I think they realized that although Blogging provides interactive content for online publishing, it is only when you combine Blogging with Social Networking that it fosters a positive community atmosphere. An atmosphere where irrelevant or inflammatory remarks are discouraged, and positive insights are recognized and valued. So, they decided to change the name to "Power of Blogworking" next year. That's what I heard anyway --
